it’s a vibe

Whether you’re selling, buying or just need some advice, I’m here for you. Zero pressure, more fun, and always good vibes!

About Me

I became a realtor in 2009 to bridge the gap between buyers and sellers. I strive to expand my real estate knowledge annually.

I hold designations as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), focusing on first-time buyers and understanding sellers' needs. As a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), I assist mature clients. I also completed the Property Management course and am a candidate Commercial member.

Volunteering is important to me. I served on the Board of Directors at The Manitoba Real Estate Association and previously on five committees at the Winnipeg Real Estate Board. I support local organizations like the Canadian Human Rights Museum and Habitat for Humanity and have volunteered for community events.

My motto is "You only keep what you have by learning to give it away." I prioritize listening to clients and open communication to successfully match buyers and sellers. I look forward to growing my business and meeting new people.

Kind Words

What can I tell you about my experience with Jennifer as my purchasing agent? Well the first thing is that if you are looking for an agent, you can stop now, you have found the best there is. I cannot believe the good fortune I had when a dear friend recommended her to me. Twenty days later I had the keys in my hand. Professional, personable, skillful, invested, she lifted a weight off my shoulders and made a whirlwind transaction feel safe and even fun! Yeah, she is gonna make you laugh a few times for sure too. What I didn't expect was the inspection, appraisal, finance, and legal team that she has surrounded herself with over the years who all cared for me and my home purchase almost as much as she did, what a freaking relief that was!!!

I later recommended her to my father, and she had him in a place in about a month, with similar accolades from him.

Do yourself a favour, and call her now.
